Peppermint and Spearmint are the most commonly used in cooking. Use leaves whole or chopped on carrots, peas, new potatoes, and in fruit salads and green salads. Combine mint, raspberry vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic as a marinade. Makes a wonderful tea and also a nice surprise in yogurt.
