Blueberries are a good source of heart-healthy fiber, vitamins K, C, and manganese. Blueberries are eaten fresh, baked, in soups, yogurt, and in sauces and glazes. Great in cereals, salads,  smoothies and shakes.

Dried blueberries are in a concentrated form and are available year round.
